ABOUT THESE FILES
Prepared by MajorPays (https://majorpays.com) on 2026-10-05 from U.S. government data. MajorPays selected, combined and in places recalculated these published figures; none of the agencies named below has approved or endorsed this presentation or tested these modifications.
Figures describe groups, not any one person, and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. MajorPays does not provide advice. Terms of Use: https://majorpays.com/terms.html ; sources: https://majorpays.com/data-sources.html ; rules for showing a number: https://majorpays.com/how-it-works.html
Blank cells mean the figure is not published, is withheld, did not meet MajorPays' reliability rules, or (for county files) a shortage-area score does not apply because the area has no designation. Rows are in alphabetical order; this is not a ranking.
HOW TO OPEN: the CSV is UTF-8 with a byte-order mark (Excel, Google Sheets and pandas with encoding="utf-8-sig" read it correctly) and has one header row followed by data only. Identifier columns (unitid, fips, geoid, area_code, soc and cip codes) are text: in Excel use Data > From Text/CSV and set them to Text so leading zeros are kept; in pandas use dtype=str for those columns.
USE: you may use and share these files free of charge with credit to the original agencies named below (and, if you like, to MajorPays), keeping the credit and notices in this README. Nothing in MajorPays' terms limits any right you have under a source's own license or public-domain status. MajorPays claims no rights in the underlying government data.
